10-term seniority Cuellar narrowly defeated an AOC backed “progressive” in the Dem primary in 2020. This is possibly a way to take him out and slide Jessica Cisneros an “immigration” lawyer in.
He is also a powerful guy with a lot of influence in that area. He can make trouble.

Joe = Xiden's Board of Directors. If the US were a corporation, and we were stockholders (with each dollar we have being one share in the corporation), we would be able to know who they are, and even vote on the BOD.
