🚨 Please contact the Texas court of appeals and let them know voter fraud must be prosecuted - don't allow back door plans that ultimately create an unfair election:
*Clerk of the Court - Deana Williamson (512) 936-1640 / (512) 463-7061 *General Counsel - Sian Schilhab (512) 463-1597 *Chief Staff Attorney - Kathy Schneider (512) 936-1627
The Republican court ruled 8-1 in a shocking ruling. It appears that Soros planted these stealth judges on the court as “Republicans” over the past decade. This was all planned to turn Texas “Blue” by fraud.
There is no higher court to appeal this. These judges must hear from the people of Texas and be persuaded to rehear the case and rule correctly. They must feel the heat of public opinion until they correct their error.
Amazing!!
struck down a statute from 1951 allowing Texas Attorney General to prosecute vote fraud
Vote Fraud - which laws, State or Federal?
I could see an argument that State can not prosecute violations of Federal laws. Really hard to understand how the state could be prohibited from prosecution of State laws.
I guess it’s time to do an emergency bill in 2022, that they can’t strike down.
I’ve been trying to warn people about RATS posing as Republicans. Beware of their Cheer Leaders running interference for these Fabian socialists

The Dallas DA is a Soros funded commie dirtbag. So are all the other big city DAs. The only people they will prosecute will be the people trying to stop vote fraud.

Jurists, by their profession, must be impervious to public opinion. So they’ll do injustice, even though the heavens tremble. There must be some federal issue involved here that can be used as the basis for an appeal. This is a nutso ruling.
It was decided in December by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. In reading the case, it is a separation of powers issue based on the provisions of the Texas Constitution which details the duties of the Attorney General. None of those duties involve criminal prosecution. If Ken Paxton wants to prosecute cases, he should run for DA.
No controlling legal authority

Judges in Texas are elected (statewide for this particular court). If there is a vacancy, the Governor appoints, but they still must eventually stand for election. It could be possible that Soros has something on Governor Abbott and the majority of voters in Texas.
Party pooper. That’s not as much fun as Soros doing mind control on the judges.
It appears that Soros planted these stealth judges.
It’s time for some um people to talk to the judges with photos and record answers.
Just because a state constitution doesn’t dictate something doesn’t mean that a law can’t fill that void. The US Attorney General position itself isn’t in the US Constitution at all, nor is even the entire DOJ, as they are products of subsequent law, as a perfect example.
voter fraud disenfranchises the votes of all the rest of us.
It is a civil rights issue beyond all others
The AG position is in the Texas Constitution as is an explicit separation of powers clause that also is not in the U.S. Constitution. There is no void to fill as Texas is chock full of prosecutors. The AG just happens to not be one of them.
If it was 8-1, it appears the problem is a bad law. Justices don’t makes laws; they interpret laws. So then the remedy is to change the law, not yell at the Justices.
