I’m not at all surprised that an 80 y/o with nearly 40 years in the Senate accomplishing nothing but fleecing the taxpayers, would have conservatives tingling.
A lot of us did. And we didn’t have a choice.
He’s the perfect example of all the other snake oil salesman/woman we affectionately call, US Senate Republican’s.
Are there 3, maybe, on a good day that are actually worth a sh*t? I don’t know. We have a few that can grill Fauci and others, have some good sound bytes, but what do they do? Nothing.
Perhaps one of the worst, and that’s saying a lot, is Cassidy in La. I mean, it’s hard for me to come to grips with the fact that the guy has been able to fool an entire state like he has. And the list goes on. All one has to do is look at the usual crew that is always standing behind McConnell whenever he’s at a podium. The Who’s Who of worthless, RINO/GOPe/ChamberofCommerce crooks that have been selling us out to China and corporate America for decades.
One does not disturb the money trench unless one wants trouble.
