Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) said Sunday on MSNBC that Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) did not “care” about black people.
According to Waters, they were unwilling to ditch the filibuster to pass voting legislation.

Maxine Waterss is a sneak to try to turn these two conservative democrats actions into a racial issue. How the hell does she explain it? How is their stance on a spending bill a racial issue? Should a real racial issue arise, it will be dismissed because of people like her. She is a slob!
The 5th District of Florida is like that. It includes the west side of Orlando and the heart of Jacksonville, two cities 140 miles apart that don’t have much in common. Nevertheless, they kept electing Corinne Brown, a corrupt black racist, until she went to jail for her crimes.
