On his first day, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares has eliminated the Office of Civil Rights. Miyares also announced he will prosecute criminal cases in jurisdictions where Soros DAs decline to prosecute, and he has already opened investigations into Loudon County Public Schools.

It sounds like the AG was elected, not appointed.
This is how you do it.
Dems will find a judge to stop the AG by Tuesday morning. And they’ll scream about the optics of firing the Civil Rights agency the day before MLK’s birthday. And the Repubs will back down.
Fired is the least of their problems. At least some of those attorneys are going to end up with life in prison.

It’s the LAW, but even so, the best way to get rid of it is to use it in a colorblind way.
When the sources specifically address the claim and debunk it yes, or at least wait for confirmation. These quotes appear more substantive than Louise Lucas but YMMV.

How is this even possible? Apparently the Republican party is being infiltrated by people with fully functional testes.
The discourtesy was not in the disagree but in the manner. The quotes you have posted do not substantiate the statement that the entire civil rights section was fired. There is no disagreement that the firings bode well just in the inaccurate characterization of who was fired.
I posted the correction issued by Miyares spokesperson for information, so that people can be aware of the discrepancy & not be disappointed when the Democratic spin is debunked.

This is a doubly-bitter pill for leftists, as the Soros prosecutors are not enforcing laws with gentler punishments than state laws.

If it’s enforced in a colorblind manner, then 90% plus of their cases would have to deal with black-on-white crimes (and black-on-Asian). At that point, the DEMOCRATS will be pushing to get rid of it.
Louise is not happy.
