Mass General terminated more than a thousand Nurses during the last several months. Brigham and Women's Hospital (MGH’s sister) as well terminated Nurses (I do not have details on the number) all for declining the vaccinations.

This was not reported by the Media expressly, but it can be verified by a search.

I spoke with 1 Nurse who was terminated by B&W and a Doctor advised her to get a job at Pfizer (in Cambridge) as the employees there were exempt from the vaccine. That must have been one funny Doctor.

Of course it’s the fault of the unvaccinated.

Exactly. They brought it in themselves. No sympathy here.

First, they helped drive the hysteria that brought people to the hospital that otherwise would not have been there. Then they fired large numbers of their employees. And they want sympathy?

And a lot of the hysteria was inflated by their not treating the infected before they became seriously ill, and when they did become really sick, they put them on ventilators and let them die.

And now we should cry for them?

That’s my thought. Stop admitting people who don’t need to be admitted. Have a screening/initial evaluation process with an RN in the hospital lobby or outside the ER lobby (they have heaters in cold Massachusetts for use this time of year) to help ease the congestion in the ER itself. I don’t know what other medically sound procedures can be employed but I do know there are myriad ways to deal with situations like this
.......

Right on the money.

Three or four years ago I went to the emergency room because of an A-Fib attack.

I sat in the waiting room for four hours because it was full of mothers, fathers and spoiled rotten kids who were there for things like a skinned knee, colds, cough's and things you could not even see,

I made no fuss because I was in an area where if my condition had worsened, help would have been immediate.

But it is obvious the free lunch crowd is using the ER for family medicine medical needs rather than emergencies.

Fauci to Bill Gates on a Zoom call earlier today:

Damn it, Bill! Fear porn! We must have more fear porn! With god as my witness, we must have more fear porn to keep the peasants in line or “this business will get out of hand and we’ll all be lucky to survive”.

I suspect, (as a retired nurse) that covid is not the problem here. The issue is hospitals deliberately short staffing for years so that a slight increase in covid patients was untenable. It gives the hospital administrators a good excuse ( with the support of the politicians) to blame it on covid instead of their staffing decisions which caused this mess.

Mass General terminated more than a thousand Nurses during the last several months..

That is not surprising at all. If you watch what Mass General and the other hospitals do over time they are frequently seeking to reduce the number of nurses and other support staff they have. They manage their business to maximize their net income and salaries paid to executives.

Their IRS 990 filings tell the story, they generated a net profit of almost 5% in 2018.

Dr. Roger Marshal 🚨 37m BREAKING! I obtained Dr. Fauci’s previously unpublished financial disclosures. Dr. Fauci was completely dishonest about his disclosures being readily accessible to the public which is why I am releasing them now. Dr. Fauci’s Financial Disclosures

Looks pretty normal. Unoccupied ICU beds are a loser for a hospital. So either you send the nurses home and close the units or you have the doctors admit Wuhan/Fauci virus positive patients for “observation” for a couple of days at $11,000 a night unless they can convince them to upgrade to a ventilator and remdesivir at $39,000 a night.

‘If you didn’t fear monger Omicron so bad, you wouldn’t have thousands showing up in the emergency rooms for what is essentially a cold.’

this has been true since March 13, 2020...

Ivermectin and HCQ have not been adequately studied to verify the effectiveness on the Corona Virus. There is anecdotal evidence that they do work, and they may be everything that is said. They may not do a damned thing to alleviate the virus. We’ll never know because the medical “establishment” has decided that it’s the vaccines only and no alternatives will be considered or allowed.

If they didn’t short staff themselves by firing unvaxxed, already naturally immune healthcare workers, this wouldn’t be a problem.

Yep, I have no sympathy for those conforming crybabies that didn’t stand up for coworkers being fired for not getting the poison placebo. When I was working idiots were absolutely giddy about getting their jabs.

Want to help out?

Stop running out for a “test” at the first sneeze.

Stop running to the ER for a “test” at the first cough.

Feel sick? Stop running out. Stay home. Don’t share the spread.
