Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) cast doubt on the possibility of supporting Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for Republican Senate Leader again.

Flimsy must be up for reelection.
Include yourself along with McConnell, Linda.
Why is everybody measuring for the drapes this early? 10 months in politics is a lifetime.
No, the stupid voters of South Carolina just re-elected him for another six years, that’s TWICE after THREE votes for amnesty and a permanent Democrat majority.
It’s either that, or.... He’s playing the anti-trump card. If he says he supports Trump, then the masses will be against him could be the ploy...
PLEASE! When they do something good, encourage them. When they do something bad, criticize them.
There’s no reason for them to respond and do what the voters want if it doesn’t matter anyway.
Also, don’t forget, Graham was one of the first to support Trump and offered $50,000 of his own money to investigate or proceed in some way to support Trump’s claims. I think the big problem was the people that Trump picked to work on his side were somewhat flaky and not very effective, and when the Dems attacked, Graham backed off.
So support matters and encouraging them to do the right thing.
Thinking you look cool and cynical by shooting them down (and thus playing into the hands of the Dems, so that Trump loses another supporter) is shooting yourself in both feet and maybe in the crotch too.
Oh. Good timing Graham
Trump is on the outs with his with his vaccine push now Lindsey steps in. Horrible people.
Of course, how could I forget. I was at an election party in AZ with what I thought were conservative folks but they all cheered when it was announced he was reelected. I was booing and then realized everyone was just kind of staring at me.
No, that is the path of concept that would lead people to say . . . yeah, he hates Trump and is a never Trumper, but he’s semi pro Life so we should support him.
Do not leave room for maneuvering. There will certainly be maneuvering if you do. This is all Swamp thinking.
10 years in Washington and then erase them. If you don’t do that, regardless of alleged policy, then what would Drain The swamp mean?
We need a count of those who could oppose McConnell. Doesn’t matter who the opponent is. Just who could oppose McConnell.
Here are those who will NOT oppose him, and I’m assuming Murkowski is primaried out or voted out in Nov.
Romney
Thune
Collins
Rounds
McConnell
Grassley
Those are locked votes for him. He could have a few more, but they are retiring. I am counting only those who are known to be there in Jan 2023 for the Majority Leader vote.
There truly is plenty of room for 26 to vote him out.
BUT. Kentucky has a Dem Governor, not up until 2024. If McConnell is voted out, he might retire immediately. We would lose that seat. So all of this requires a majority of 52 or 53, to cover Collins doing the same. And Romney, who may know by then he cannot be re-elected and could switch parties (GOP Utah Governor, so he can’t retire).
Regardless, he doesn’t have many Senators who are locked to him.
He’s fraud, he has voted for amnesty and a permanent Democrat majority THREE times.
Can’t get anymore Assistant Democrat than that.
Grahamnesty, Murkowsky, Hoeven, Rubio, Tillis, Burr, Lankford, Cornyn, Hyde-Smith, Collins, Sasse, Shelby, Ernst, Blunt, McConnell, Wicker, Portman, Toomey, Rounds, Thune, Daines, Crapo, Cramer, Boozman, Scott, Scott, Cassidy, Capito, Fischer, Moran, Lee, Risch, Sullivan, Barasso and Romney are all Bush League Republicans and Mitch’s bitches.
I have had serious problems with both Lindsay and Mitch.
but anyways, this time Lindsay is correct
Some of those disappear before Jan 2023. Portman retiring, Sasse retiring, Thune in the leadership.
Most of those have their fingers in the wind. Only a handful are locked to McConnell.
# Linda having a panic attack.
She must be up for reelection again. Time to pretend to be ‘conservative’ for a few months.
Yes. Good post.
