MSNBC national security analyst Clint Watts said Wednesday on “Katy Tur Reports” that former President Donald Trump was a “galvanizing force” for a lot of extremist groups which are now domestic terror threats.

Tur said, “The Justice Department is creating a unit to fight domestic terror. The threat of home-grown extremism has grown over the last year with the number of FBI investigations into domestic terror more than doubling since the spring of 2020.”

Epps probably is not a “member” of the FBI, but some kind of long-term asset or informant. Either that, or he is the dupe of someone else who is the actual informant or mole. For whatever reason, the DOJ and FBI are protecting him despite his obvious role in encouraging and facilitating the storming of the Capitol. And he is not the only one.

If he himself is not a plant, he is a link to someone who is. There has to be an explanation why he has not been charged despite his obvious on-film role in encouraging the storming of the Capitol. Like the man with the megaphone on the TV scaffold, he was shouting instructions, urging people on, showing the way.

And who were those men who scaled the wall of the balcony with such military precision? That - to me - was the most suspicious episode of the day. It seemed set up as a photo-op, to create an image of an "insurrection," of a storming of the Bastille. Have those men been identified and arrested?
