I am a layman, but I do wonder about at what point just the autoimmune response becomes problematic beyond what it has been so far.

My "hopeful" interpretation of Fauci and the CDC is that they are "merely" arrogant, self-assured, long-term DC bureaucrats, who are operating under a faulty system ,and once they lie/spin, political self-preservation forces them to continue down the path.
Most Nazi bureaucrats were the same - once the top was decapitated and the system purged, they returned to being useful and productive in a new system.
The CDC/FDA and other healthcare hucksters are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They have told so many lies they contradict themselves whatever they say. It might be dawning on a few that they maybe be in financial or criminal danger at this point, they will dig and spin the hardest.
When this all falls apart the science cult will have some soul searching, well they probably don’t believe in such fantasies, lets just say some their ethical paradigm will be utterly destroyed when science fails them. Some will say it was not science, it was unethical scientist that failed, some excuses will be made to justify their support of this crime against humanity. Some might be honest with themselves and realize what they have done. Few will take responsibility for their actions.

Federal courts considering the Biden administration’s vaccination mandates—including the Supreme Court at Friday’s oral argument—have focused on administrative-law issues. The decrees raise constitutional issues as well. But there’s a simpler reason the justices should stay these mandates: the rise of the Omicron variant.
It would be irrational, legally indefensible and contrary to the public interest for government to mandate vaccines absent any evidence that the vaccines are effective in stopping the spread of the pathogen they target. Yet that’s exactly what’s happening here.
Both mandates—from the Health and Human Services Department for healthcare workers and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for large employers in many other industries—were issued Nov. 5. At that time, the Delta variant represented almost all U.S. Covid-19 cases, and both agencies appropriately considered Delta at length and in detail, finding that the vaccines remained effective against it.
Those findings are now obsolete:
As of Jan. 1, Omicron represented more than 95% of U.S. Covid cases, according to estimates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Because some of Omicron’s 50 mutations are known to evade antibody protection, because more than 30 of those mutations are to the spike protein used as an immunogen by the existing vaccines, and because there have been mass Omicron outbreaks in heavily vaccinated populations, scientists are highly uncertain the existing vaccines can stop it from spreading. As the CDC put it on Dec. 20, “we don’t yet know . . . how well available vaccines and medications work against it.”

Speaking during remarks to a J.P. Morgan healthcare conference this week, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla openly stated current vaccines the company developed for Wuhan coronavirus offer “limited, if any” protection against contracting current variants of the disease. He then encouraged booster shots.
The statement from Bourla comes as the Biden administration continues to justify vaccine mandates for federal workers, contractors and private businesses. The Supreme Court heard arguments about President Biden’s mandates for private companies and medical workers last week. A ruling is expected soon on the constitutionality of the mandates.
A number of people who have pointed out the waning efficacy of Pfizer’s vaccines, which Bourla touted last year as being “100 percent” effective against contracting or transmitting the virus, have been banned by social media companies.

One thing that changed is that Project Veritas released a memo from DARPA outlining that the U.S. Army refused to fund the gain-of-function experiments that Fauxi later used taxpayer money for and then lied about. It also showed that DARPA was fully aware that Ivermectin and Hydrochloroquine worked against COVID.
The EUA is invalid because it was dependent on no alternative treatments and legal development. Pfizer and the other Pfascist korporations do not have indemnity since their submittal for approval was based on fraud. Nuremberg II is coming and these world "leaders" have to get out in front of it.
Whatever the rules were, COVID has given our medicrats the cover they need to do whatever the hell they want. And very few of our useless politicians will stand up to them. Somebody besides Rand Paul needs to stand up, damn it!

heck, I haven’t even seen short term comparisons on antibody response to 3 vs 4th shots. this info should be out there.
personally i worked around trial and pdufa fda data (non-medical professional) for years. you get a feel for how the fda is on trial design, adverse event follow-up, etc. it is quite clear to me the agency is making sure nothing adverse ever gets into the data on these (what little data we have).
as far as the usual animal then human trials over many years, “what could possibly go wrong?” is the famous quote, isn’t it?
