Angry Biz Leaders to Meet With New DA Alvin Bragg, Discuss Recall Efforts Over Soft-on-Crime Agenda

The Partnership for New York City, the Big Apple’s largest business advocacy organization, will meet with progressive Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg to voice their concerns over details of his stay-out-of-jail free card for criminals.

Some members of the group are so angered by Bragg’s new policies that they are also discussing efforts to recall the newly elected prosecutor, The Post has learned.

The meeting was prompted as complaints from city business leaders poured into the office of Kathryn Wylde, the Partnership’s CEO, beginning last week after a memo from Bragg’s office outlined his new, hyper-lenient policies for prosecutors seeking incarcerations.

When is this country going to work to support the real victims of crime: criminals. Too long the victims of crime and the families of crime victims have gotten a free pass.

I’d like to take a poll of the business leaders. If they voted for DeBlasio, Adams and the DA, then feel free to reap what you have sown.

Well, for those who have been wondering what it would take for the stupid to begin to at least crack in NYC I’d say this is a start.

That makes no sense at all. The victims of crime are the criminals? Really?

What do Trump and Bragg have in common? They keep their campaign promises.

Bragg ran on the Soros agenda, with Soros money.

Recall results for California’s governor, Gavin Newsom:

No 62%
Yes 38%

Would a NYC recall vote be that much different?

I was being sarcastic. But the “new brand of DAs” aren’t that far off that.

“Start voting with your feet.”

Exactly. The politicians in the deep blue areas won’t care until they have no one left to exploit. And even then they probably won’t. Best to leave lunatics to sit in their filth.

Start voting with your feet.

My name descends from a settler recorded in the 1644 New Netherlands census. My great-great-grandfather was a New York police captain during the Civil War riots. My family has lived in New York City since 1664. I got out as soon as I got money for a tank of gas. All my surviving siblings still live in that cesspool.

The problem with NYC is people are “too busy to vote” so they have terrible leadership. This guy got elected by a tiny number of votes.

The businesses that are now speaking out against crime are the elite, high-end businesses. They had no problem with thugs knocking over a Duane Reade or a liquor store, but once they started smashing & grabbing the jewelry and luxury car shops, then NOOOOWWW we have to do something about crime.
