Cyber Ninjas faces fine over Arizona election review records

PHOENIX — A judge says he will fine the contractor that led Arizona Republicans' 2020 election review $50,000 a day if the firm doesn’t immediately turn over public records related to the unprecedented inquiry.

The judge on Thursday found Cyber Ninjas in contempt for its failure to turn over documents in response to a lawsuit filed by The Arizona Republic newspaper.

It's one of two suits seeking Cyber Ninjas records under Arizona transparency laws.

A lawyer for Cyber Ninjas says the company is insolvent and has laid off all employees including former CEO Doug Logan.

The company maintains it is a private company that isn't subject to the public records law, but courts have disagreed.

Looks like Cyber Ninja has learned how to play the game.

Unfortunately the government wants to make any evidence disappear.

They should simply post everything online. If Arizona wants transparency, give it to them.

Right, they should just respond that the records got wiped with a cloth and are gone.

“They should simply post everything online. If Arizona wants transparency, give it to them.”

They are a private company, so unless they signed a contract which said the records were public, they shouldn’t have to produce. However, I like sunlight, so overall I agree with you. They should release EVERYTHING.

The government wants to know what dirt Cyber Ninjas has, but especially before the mid-term elections.

Apparently the Globalists didn't commit the exact same fraud in each state. When each state investigation puts the pieces of the puzzle together, it's very apparent how they stole the election.

Cyber Ninjas may be right to hold off publishing their findings until the other states' investigations catch up.

So sad. They had such a cool name, and now they’re going to have to change it.

I was thinking that Arizona wants to use transparency laws to obscure the findings, or to go after anybody that donated to the audit.

By posting the documents online, with donor names redacted, they call the state’s bluff.

“Cool name”? It sounds like something from a half-assed video game.

You missed the point. They can reopen under a different name at a later time.

I too don’t like the way Cyber Ninja’s handled this. They seem to be talking out both sides of their face trying to be neutral instead of just telling the truth plainly about how the election was stolen.

Since they are owned by Communists and believe in “our democracy”, The Arizona “Republic” is the one who should change their name. It is fraud and misrepresentation.

Trump: “You stole the election!!!!!”

Democrats: “Oh yeah, what are you going to do about it?????”

Trump: “Um, I guess see what Cyber Ninjas and My Pillow can come up with?”

Democrats: “Yeah, that’s what I thought.”

Hate me for it if you want, but that’s how this is playing out so far.

I got the point to which I was responding. I don’t care if they reopen under another name or not.

I sure hope so. Not seeing much effort so far, the few in DC who seem even interested in fighting for election integrity are hung up dealing with the January 6 BS. Maybe that will change after the midterms, but if the elections are still insecure…

I am confused! Just what is the status of the Arizona election fraud investigation and possible legislative action???? Why is it a secret?? or is it a secret??? I would like to know. But, hey, I am just a curious North Carolinian.

The audit confirmed that Biden won in Maricopa County, his margin of victory was increased by 360 votes. There is no other pending investigation.
