A record 4.5 million Americans voluntarily left their jobs in November, pushing the quits rate to 3%, matching the high from September, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Workers particularly quit jobs in the hospitality industry as well as health care. The number of job leavers in transportation, warehousing and utilities also increased.
Including layoffs and discharges, the number of total separations was 6.3 million.

Drove by Top Golf yesterday. The place was packed at 2pm on a Monday afternoon! I don’t think that would have been the case a decade ago. The American work ethic seems to be declining.
It will be interesting to see what happens when the next recession hits.
And they were probably counting on another lockdown, another $300 weekly on top of unemployment, a covid relief program to just sit at home.
The Democrats have screwed this country into the mud. People are leaving their jobs because they can make more money living off the public dole. It’s a mess.

In all fairness, many businesses were closed yesterday in recognition of the New Year’s Day holiday.

Have family members with the jab mandate bearing down on them from employers. They will not submit and will walk, as painful as that may be.
Joe÷Joe had better hope we do not have a bigger medical crisis show up. He will gave a mess on his hands.
Those Vax quits are “not living off the public dole.” They will just do without, unless you mean going on food stamps to keep from starving.
