Really poorly written, and does not seek the clarification of how Jeffrey Rosen who briefly followed William Barr (deep state personified who did NOTHING about serious election fraud claims in the 6 major states. He did absolutely nothing- tabled his responsibility to put special teams on the ground to preserver the ballots (as they should have done in Fulton County, GA, and not allowed the Sheriff of Fulton to burn them up- especially the pre-printed/voted fake ballots as evidence).
And really— “breaching the Capitol’s .... PARAMETERS”— the idiot writer doesn not know what they are writing. The parameters of the Capitol would be what?— the architecture? Perimeters were not breached... what silly crap.
And as for the “snipers”-— these were plainly seen going into buildings along the Mall to set up their locations. There was no secrecy about it. And... it was NOT Jeffrey Rosen acting alone, as he could not do that without Trump’s approval. If he didn’t get the approval then he was waaaay out of line, esp. keeping the DOJ out of the political contretemps as a matter of policy (supposedly).
The Attorney General may be the top dog at the DOJ, but he doesn’t give orders to the FBI. They’re separate entities, for a reason, and one person(the AG) doesn’t control the other(FBI Director) or the agency.
Think of them as the District Attorney in your county and the county Sheriff or Police Chief. The DA doesn’t control the law enforcement entity. They can ask for help or assistance, but they aren’t barking orders to anyone.

THey set it up and tried to get a high body count, failed, blamed the people they hoped to kill and now made up a a story as to why everyone in the cooridor with Ashley Babbit was an operative.

There was this guy wearing a hat who after he was handed a helmet to bash a window withdrew to the stairwell the capitol police had secured where he swapped some clothes to make an escape.
I can see why Trump might have commandos there to try to stop the Deep State from doing what they did.
The CIA helped overthrow the Ukraine by staging a massacre to make it seem like radicals shot and killed protesters from buildings surrounding a public square, when it was in fact the CIA and co. shooting the victims and pinning it on others in order to destabilize and manipulate the fallout.
People reporting from Richmond Virginia 2nd amendment protest said they saw recon aircraft for special forces circling the venue. I thought that was Trump telling the CIA/FBI “I’m watching you...” and “don’t even think about it.”
A whistleblower inside the workings of the CIA/FBI said that everyone in the corridor with Ashley was an operative. If Trump’s commandoes were there, it was to protect people like her but commandoes wouldn’t be that helpful in an indoor cooridor with so much optics control.

Yeah, the AG directly controls the DOJ and it’s minor subordinate bureau, the FBI. There is no “independent” FBI. Exactly who do you think the FBI director responds to?
This is the same technique the Soviets used in the early 50’s when they occupied the East bloc countries in Europe
And for extra fun, the President directly controls both. He can order an investigation started, stopped, or even conduct it himself. He can fire an AG or FBI Director at will.
It’s like Bureau of land management is not independent of the Department of the interior.
Despite FBI propaganda and power grabs, that’sa fact and you cannot point to a single law that says the FBI can operate against the orders of the AG or President.
The FBI cannot even file a criminal charge or get a search warrant without DOJ approval.
