Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was spotted dining in Miami Beach, Fla., on Thursday, according to a tip received by National Review, on the same day that her native New York City reported a record number of Covid-19 cases.
Photos obtained by National Review show Ocasio-Cortez seated outside Doraku Sushi and Izakaya in Miami Beach Thursday afternoon, raising a cocktail in one and checking her phone in another.

She supposedly lives in her boy friends place in NYC. Not the condo that was owned by her father. Even though that is her “legal” address. Apparently, she only goes there to pick her mail once every few weeks.
South Beach is pricey. Miami Beach not so much.

It is the irony and the hypocrisy that is notable, not the trip to Florida. Being a political leader, (unfortunately), she could go see DeSantis to find out what he is doing right.
One observer said there is an issue w/ the lack of concern with COVID........the manager wore his mask as a chin warmer the entire time he was greeting folks, seating folks and walking around like that the entire time.
The bar staff all did the same thing. Our server at least covered her mouth but left her nose uncovered.....when ordering and telling the server to adjust her mask to protect us, our server replied “oh, I don’t care it’s not real (COVID) anyway.”
Also on the COVID front all the tables were way too close to each other. No distancing here at all unless you were able to sit outside.
She is in Congress. She has zero to do with state Covid protocols.
I am not defending anything she’s said or done…I simply don’t see the hypocrisy or outrage over this. Is she supposed to take her vacations in New York?
Exactly, no masks, no social distancing, no vaccine passports all the crazy crap she supports for NYC and Her District she wants no part of that for herself, so where does she go ?? Florida....
