Shouldn’t they append, “but, we don’t really know for sure, and expert opinions differ,” to everything they say?

They do explain the uncertainties at the original source (see link in post 6 above) as you suggest. The media, when reporting on the data, just run with it as if the sequencing were finalized instead of in process.

I think this was a misunderstanding. It was 73% of **NEW** cases. Not of active cases.
Correcting that would take things down to 23% or so, because cases last for weeks.
And now ACs past 50%. Makes perfect sense.
CDC doesn’t seem to do their job well.
I guess their conundrum is defending Dr Fraudci and Libtard Land all at once.
