The Pentagon‘s battle against COVID-19 vaccine holdouts is headed for the courtroom.
While the big question centers on whether the U.S. military has overstepped its legal authority by ordering all service members to be vaccinated, the battle is expected to play out across several fronts over the coming weeks and months.
The Defense Department is facing multiple high-stakes legal fights rife with national security implications. This includes clashes with Republican governors who claim full control over National Guard forces and the Pentagon‘s hard line against troops seeking COVID-19 vaccine waivers on religious grounds.
The cases will encompass matters of federalism, First Amendment rights, and other key questions forming the backdrop for what has emerged over the past year as the most controversial military health initiative in U.S. history.
Active-duty coronavirus vaccination deadlines for each military service went by weeks ago. With thousands of service members still refusing immunization and seemingly willing to lose their careers over the matter, the Marine Corps, Army, Navy and Air Force are now faced with kicking out the unvaccinated.
Army Public Affairs has indicated the Pentagon will start removing unvaccinated soldiers “beginning in January.”

We now know: the upper echelons of the US military are now completely compromised, and are willing for every soldier, airman, and sailor to DIE to protect the Deep State’s genocide/genetic modification program.

The COVID-19 vaccine shots won’t be enough to combat the omicron variant, according to Ugur Sahin, the CEO of vaccine developer BioNTech.
“We must be aware that even triple-vaccinated are likely to transmit the disease,” he told French daily Le Monde. “It is obvious we are far from 95 percent effectiveness that we obtained against the initial virus,” he added. He added that the vaccine is now 70% to 75% effective against stopping COVID-19 infection. RELATED
Omicron variant is resistant to vaccines, antibody treatments and boosters, study says Can the Moderna COVID booster shot defeat the omicron variant? Sahin said vaccine efficacy has been dropping against omicron, which is a sign that the vaccines aren’t enough, according to Euro News.
“There will be a loss of effectiveness against Omicron over time, it’s very likely, but it’s still to be measured how quickly. I will not base predictions on preliminary laboratory data but on real-life data, which is much more appropriate,” Sahin said.

I sure hope someone reminds the Court of when the government used the troops to test the effects of radiation from A-bombs. So many of them developed cancers and died. I have the book “Human Radiation Experiments”. It’s as chilling as what’s being done to us now with the Covid “vax”.
They could probably cover both with volunteers.
Woke management in the military needs to be eradicated at all levels and leadership (since there is none, just managers) needs to be installed that’s hard hitting with it’s sole purpose of training to kill any enemy.
Just about everything going on in the military now needs to be refocused.
