Dr. Oz asked his pal and fellow TV star Oprah Winfrey to stay out of the Pennsylvania Senate race where he is seeking the Republican nomination.
“I asked her to stay out. Don’t support me because if you get involved in any way, you’ll get hurt and I don’t want my friends hurt,” Oz said.
Oz made the remarks during a meet and greet with Manhattan Republican grandees at Smith & Wollensky steakhouse in midtown on Dec 16. The confab attracted around 50 people and was hosted by billionaire John Catsimatidis and his wife Margo. Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and celebrity private eye Bo Dietl were in attendance.

The article reports OZ expressed a need for “compassion” for the male/female Penn swimmer.....which could mean a lot, or nothing, depending upon the editor of the article....but it is an issue in Pennsylvania.
Sounds squishy to me, if that’s all he said.
Hannity had him on his radio show the other day allowing him to dispell the rumor he is anti 2nd Amendment. 👌
I heard his Hannity appearance and he sounded conservative, but this Oprah remark needs ‘splainin’, as does his swimmer compassion remark.
Isn’t he up against a legit conservative in the primary ?
Hannity loves to prop up Bush League Republicans.
They all know how to ‘sound’ conservative. Dr. Oz definitely is not conservative.
From what I heard, Hannity sounded supportive of OZ, but he’s been wrong too often...as in; everyday his support for the FBI looks more ridiculous than the day before.
He endorses the candidates who he thinks will win — regardless of their politics.
He’d rather endorse a RINO who wins than a loyal MAGAist who loses.
more....Oz has 3 or 4 no-names in the R primary now that Sean Parnell has suspended his campaign because of a “spousal abuse” charge.
Parnell is an Army vet, and quite conservative , iirc.
I suppose it remains to be seen if Parnell re-starts his campaign after the bad PR subsides.
Hannity is not a serious person. He’s a TV character. So is Dr. Oz. Do the math and figure it out, folks.
And that is why we will never Make America Great Again.
Re-electing Assistant Democrats is why we are in this mess.

All he has to do is half-heartedly recite a few conservative talking points and he’ll gain a large amount of support and defenders here.
