Musk cited one of the headlines of the Babylon Bee, arguing that he did not meet the perversion requirements of the news outlet.
“I’m not perverted enough, I guess,” the Tesla CEO added.

“How much federal money has he raked in with his ideas. He is a crony capitalist at best. As soon as he can get more money from taxpayers he will, that is pretty perverse.”
He feeds, houses, and pays the salary of over 110,000 families. He pays a higher rate than GM Union employees. I would rather the money go to the most innovative CEO in the country than be spent on crappy Welfare Programs.
I see your point though, but given the two choices I would prefer him over any government program. It would be a completely different world if the Trillions spent on Welfare went to the most innovated, creative, solutions.
Don’t fill out a 4473 form after having received quasi-legal pot or you’ll find out you just smoked away your ability to exercise your 2A.
(convoluted wording here as IMO one never surrenders the right to self-defense, but FedGov definitely won’t let you exercise it)
IIRC, Musk paid back every penny of the loans he got-—EARLY-—and with all interest due.
Did Obama’s SOLYNDRA come even close to that????????/
Agree 100%
AND-—Musk has booster rockets that land themselves BACK on earth for reuse-—
RECYCLE THAT——!!!
NASA dropped all their booster rockets into the Oceans. Isn’t that some sort of CONTAMINATION & WASTE OF MONEY?
Did you not read what I wrote? The ATF has prosecuted people with Medical Marijuana cards for possession of firearms.
People have lost their federal security clearances for marijuana use in "legal" states (like mine.)
People have been involuntarily separated from the military with General or lower discharges for marijuana use in "legal" states.
Have the feds rounded up users and prosecuted them? No. Have there been other federal consequences for pot users? YES.
If you don't plan on buying a gun, or you don't mind lying on the 4473, and you don't have a security clearance, and you aren't in the military, then have fun, man.
All I'm saying is that just because there are no STATE laws against pot use doesn't mean there aren't ANY laws against pot use.
CNN does have their full share of sexual weirdos and perverts.
I believe that "shall not be infringed" means just that, but I am not willing to spend the next 20 years as Buba's girlfriend in Club Fed, comforted only by the knowledge that I was right but nobody else in the justice system thought so.
Going through a custody case to get grandkid away from abusive Mom who has a firearm in the home. When we had a 911 call over at Moms home I told the 2 sheriffs deputies that there was a gun in home, they responded that guns are legal. I told them she is also a medical marijuana user and that it was illegal under Fed Law to have both a Medical Card and a firearm. The deputy responded “do you see any Fed Agents around here”? So, what good are those laws? She would have to commit a crime with the gun before the Feds would maybe even care.
Same could be said if she were an illegal alien. Local cops don't enforce federal law.
You could have called the ATF on her.
You are right, and I apologize. I did not mean to imply that all marijuana users were perverts, and to all of those people I sincerely ask for your forgiveness.
Does Musk own firearms or does he want to own firearms at all?
Last I looked, he had plenty of bodyguards. He can sure afford them.
People have lost their federal security clearances for marijuana use in “legal” states (like mine.)
SpaceX is not having much of a problem getting federal contracts from NASA, Space Force USAS etc.Because usually they offer the best deal st the best price.
People have been involuntarily separated from the military with General or lower discharges for marijuana use in “legal” states
Which have nothing to do with Musk.
Bottom line : Smoking pot doesn't make anyone a pervert. I still don't see why you brought smoking pot into a thread on CNN having plenty of perverts and children abusers.
So he just screws the USA, not Deutschland?
Who’s lining up for the neurolink? How much did the taxpayers get pumped for promulgating that Nazi technology?
Elon Musk? No thank you.
Human perversity is defined as being sexual in nature.
Ideas, policies and laws can be perverse as measured by their deviation from what is considered normal. (unfortunately, normal has become ever changing)
You really don't have a clue what you are talking about do you?
For your information, Tesla has not had any EV tax credits on Tesla cars for over two years.Tesla long ago exceeded the 200,000 car limit on tax credits on elections cars sold.
That hasn't stopped Tesla from totally dominating EV sales in America, selling over twice as many EV’s as the rest of the car industry combined. Despite them getting EV tax credits while Tesla gets no tax credits.
Not to mention the $11 Billion tax bill Musk is paying this year alone is over DOUBLE all the EV credits that Musk and his companies have ever had.
What more ya got?
“neurolink”?
What's that?
There is no such company.
Excuse my misspelling. Neuralink not neurolink.

Why did the US gov’t (ie, other taxpayers) give Musk’s company favoritism via tax credits? So the enterprise favors the US?
Nope. The thanks the US taxpayer gets is that he’s offshoring pieces of the business to Deutschland.
Except they didn't give Tesla any favoritism.
Every EV subsidy that was available to the first 200,000 Tesla's sold, was equally available to the first 200,000 GM EV’s sold. Same with Ford, Chrysler etc.
GM was making EV’s even before Tesla was founded.
Don't blame Musk or Tesla for GM's ham handedness and incompetence.
While we are on it, how come you are not whining about the $50 Billion GM got from the federal government in 2008 to save GM from bankruptcy? Money on which the federal government made a loss of $10 Billion. Meanwhile Tesla paid back every penny they got as federal government loan. And they paid it long before it was due and with full interest.
