For your information, Tesla has not had any EV tax credits on Tesla cars for over two years.Tesla long ago exceeded the 200,000 car limit on tax credits on elections cars sold.
That hasn't stopped Tesla from totally dominating EV sales in America, selling over twice as many EV’s as the rest of the car industry combined. Despite them getting EV tax credits while Tesla gets no tax credits.
Not to mention the $11 Billion tax bill Musk is paying this year alone is over DOUBLE all the EV credits that Musk and his companies have ever had.
What more ya got?
Why did the US gov’t (ie, other taxpayers) give Musk’s company favoritism via tax credits? So the enterprise favors the US?
Nope. The thanks the US taxpayer gets is that he’s offshoring pieces of the business to Deutschland.
