The problem with taxing unrealized capital gains exists as we posts.

The government would have to refund tax on unrealized capital losses. The refunds due this week would be extremely large

Now we see House members serving for decades and then "retiring" as wealthy people.

And given vaunted titles like Lion of this, Conscience of that. It's just sickening.

The problem for the democrats is that those coming up in the party are either Kommunist-wantabee’s or not diverse enough.

The ebb and flow of each party rises and falls each year.

The real news is that it from FDR until Newt Gringrich Contract With America for Republicans take Congress and Senate with parity since that 90’s cycle.

That since the 90’s politics of personal destruction and Hillary’s ambitions ruled the DNC until Obama upset the Chicago Wing in 2008. Obama injected a swoon into the DNC that pulled people into the party. However, many of those Obama democrats are now in their late 30s and early 40s and the passion has given way to work, family and paying for a home and cars... thus they move from what the Left/DNC has become to supporting rational situations.

The Trump cycle was a DNC go for broke as they steered the Country into the Globalists’ Camp to align America with the EU so business could make one size fits all products at same pricing. The same pricing was upset by Trump who gave America low energy and high GDP growth. The Globalists’ are now resetting the economic parity with the EU by crashing the American GDP to realign us with all the agreements that were not treaties. That they stole an election to align us with the EU they now cannot let go of the National power in D.C. without people in business like Bill Gate or Fauci being tried for Crimes; or Facebook for international interference in every country’s politics per the CIA.

Facebook is a CIA program period. It is just one of many companies that turn a profit run by American (or French, British, Russian, Chinese, etc.) intel agencies with stock holders and profits designed to more than pay for themselves. Facebook is used the by the State Department Public Affairs in every country on earth to attract people to co-op into American operations knowingly or useful idiots.

The DNC has managed to take over most of corporate America via college grads who they groomed the past 40 years.

Once America is firmly locked into the Socialist World Order, the DNC does not have maintain National power as a party because the tax laws will hammer corporations once loyal to them for 50% of the workers earnings and their lawful submission to the State and International agreements/treaties.

The problem for the DNC right now is that people at the highest levels are complicit in so many criminal activities that if they do not have assurances that they will not be charged... and also that America will stay the course (making them heros rather than criminals in the history books)....

America will go back the RNCt in 2022/2024. There is nothing, not even War that save the DNC from the elections back to sanity. The RNC will continue to make gains and hold those gains. It is in the BACKROOM where personal agreements are spun that the power is passed by the DNC to the RNC with assurances.

Back to the headline - the underling party news is that the RNC is fundamentally stronger at the State and local levels than it has ever been. The RNC’s globalist’s are fewer each cycle, thus for the DNC camp they need to keep corporations in their pockets by sending failed politicians into boardrooms to retain power.

At some point, the IRS is going to enforce law that affects corporations via congress into the Socialism World Order.

We are at the point of no return. The DNC has gone for broke. They mis-used ever lever of government. They have rioted and destroyed the image of the Black Community. They have pushed radical gender-bender and racism to the brink. Their very necks are hanging in the noose at the gallows if they are not given an out by Trump.

It really is sickening and the funerals for days as if they were kings or queens. Disgusting, crooked, two-bit politicians is all they are.

It doesn't mean anything unless you look at each seat to see what the opportunities for a GOP might be.

In some of these cases, the Democrat who is retiring represents a district that wouldn't elect a Republican under any circumstances.

There are 535 seats. If 10% retire, that’s 53/54. Assume half R/D…25 dropping out for whatever reason seems pretty reasonable.

When you see 35…that might be significant.

Usually this stuff is announced by the first of the year so the party can pick their “winners.” So, we could see a few more between now and next week.

They will “talk it over with their family over Christmas.” Yeah…

Now we need a huge primary purge of Assistant Democrats.

145 GOP House members voted in Feb. for Liz Cheney.

We will not get new leadership by re-electing Assistant Democrats.

Complete list of the GOP Senators up in 2022:

Roy Blunt (Missouri) Has announced he will retire at end of term.
John Boozman (Arkansas)
Richard Burr (North Carolina) Has announced he will retire at end of term.
Mike Crapo (Idaho)
Chuck Grassley (Iowa)
John Hoeven (North Dakota)
Ron Johnson (Wisconsin)
John Kennedy (Louisiana)
James Lankford (Oklahoma)
Mike Lee (Utah)
Jerry Moran (Kansas)
Lisa Murkowski (Alaska)
Rand Paul (Kentucky)
Rob Portman (Ohio) Has announced he will retire at end of term.
Marco Rubio (Florida)
Tim Scott (South Carolina)
Richard Shelby (Alabama) Has announced he will retire at end of term.
John Thune (South Dakota)
Patrick Toomey (Pennsylvania) Has announced he will retire at end of term.
Todd Young (Indiana)

Toomey, Burr, Blunt, Portman and Shelby are leaving, which helps, but there are a lot of them to primary.

Rubio and Hoeven are Amnesty Senators. They have voted for a permanent Democrat majority, can’t get any more Assistant Democrat than that.

The only ones worthy of re-election are Johnson, Paul and Kennedy.

The rest are Assistant Democrats.

Means nothing if Republicans don’t fight for the seats. And not Paul Ryan Republicans.

The more of them that retire the better - that’s especially so for ones in swing districts.

I don’t live in your district, but was hoping that young Alek Skarlatos would have had a chance in 2020. Hopefully he’s been doing some homework and might have a chance at the open seat. Haven’t heard much about him lately.
