Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez pushed back against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's rejection of a ban on members of Congress from trading and holding individual stock while in office.
In a series of tweets on Friday evening, Ocasio-Cortez reiterated her prior opposition to members trading individual stock while in office, writing that the practice is inappropriate when members "write major policy and have access to sensitive information."

That Pelosi tried to justify insider trading is astonishing. If she were a Republican the D’s would be calling for her head, demanding waves of investigations into ‘unethical practices’.
This is why I won’t give another penny to the Republican party, they’re useless. She made a brazen admission and nobody is going to do a thing.
I read this yesterday and told the wife that I cannot believe that me and AOC agree on something! She has had a brief moment of sanity, which I am sure will be pounded down, and she’s probably already investing and taking it in herself right now. If asked why she is, she’ll say something along the lines that she is against it but it was legal so why not?

Thanks RACPE. It's not odd. AOC is part of The Insurrection (the real one, calls itself the Resistance) and also remember, the Demagogic Party is a collection of violent, rival street gangs. AOC's fall, when it comes, will be spectacular.
