Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez pushed back against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's rejection of a ban on members of Congress from trading and holding individual stock while in office.
In a series of tweets on Friday evening, Ocasio-Cortez reiterated her prior opposition to members trading individual stock while in office, writing that the practice is inappropriate when members "write major policy and have access to sensitive information."

But the uni-party keeps us divided so we never coalesce around such issues.

Of course it’s outrageous that members of Congress are allowed to engage in insider trading.
It was illegal to do so until recently.
What does that tell you about Congress?

Maybe she should form her own “Jan 6” committee and investigate Pelosi and all Congressmen who are guilty of insider trading. (Like that would ever happen).

Looks like AOC might not be on board the gravy train agenda to get elected to high office and fleece the country for millionaireship.
The fight is between the true communists who put the agenda before personal enrichment and the kleptocrats who put personal enrichment before the agenda.
It does not mean the communists do not enrich themselves. They do. Look at Bernie Sanders with three mansions. But Bernie always votes for the agenda first.
Clinton/Pelosi put personal enrichment before principles. That is why Bill could say “The era of big government is over” while selling out to China.
