A data sheet released by the state showed in part that “school-aged case rates have become more similar across mask rules as community transmission has increased.”
The sheet claims, without citing evidence, that “differences due to masking [are] potentially being washed out by transmission in other settings.” It argues that it “remains important to mask up in indoor settings (schools and otherwise) to prevent transmission.”
The state listed mask-wearing as among the “core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention.”

However, the best science the CDC could provide was uncontrolled studies highlighting first such groups as 139 hairdresser clients, 382 sailors on the U.S.S. Roosevelt, 124 Beijing households, and 839 Thailand residents subject to contact tracing. All results came from observation followed by personal judgement, and none result from the mathematical disciplines used to rigorously evaluate complex environments. In the same article the CDC disparaged the 2020 randomized controlled trial (RCT) in Denmark involving 4,862 participants, which found no benefit to wearing masks to prevent infection.
The disciplines of a RCT divides participants into different groups on a randomized basis. Random assignment means that factors not specifically controlled can cancel each other out by appearing equally in both groups. One group receives the treatment (which in this case was the mask) and the other group does not. Researchers can isolate the one variable and are not able to introduce biases to produce a preferred outcome.
RCT’s are considered the highest standard for this type of research. Therefore, the most reasonable approach for the CDC would have been to consider this study as a benchmark against which others would be evaluated, including studies from other countries which found masks ineffective and even harmful.
The above represents an especially valid approach, since the first four combined citations from their May scientific brief had less than half the participants of the Danish study. The proposed approach is especially valid also because the CDC dismissed the study for involving only .001 of Denmark’s population. At the same time polls predicting the decisions of 150,000,000 voters in a national election were determined by less than1,500 participants or less than .00001.

Well, if the masks aren’t working, then you can be sure forced “vaccination” is their next brilliant idea. And I have no doubt they will find some federal judges more than happy to wipe their asses with the Constitution to make it happen.
If masks work, why don’t masks work?
Just from empirical data alone, after well over 20 months since the first mask mandates were issued, the fact that “masks do not work” remains to be acknowledged and accepted by the great mass of people.
Masks work very well for controlling inhalation of dust or large particulate matter floating in the air, but they do not do jack to stop the passage of virus, any virus, through the fibrous structure of which most masks are constructed. The only purpose of masks in relation to the COVID-19 Wuhan virus is virtue signaling, they serve no other function.

And if they are truly an “expert” then they must know that what they say about masking isn’t true which also makes them a liar … a particularly vile liar because people who truly need protection from the virus place their trust in these “experts” but in fact are not protected by practicing the dirty, nasty, unhealthy bad habit of wearing a mask for this purpose.
Physically impossible for mask to protect YOU. Because the virus particles are way smaller than the porosity of mask material.
However the mask can REDUCE spread of virus material to others from an infected person when she coughs or sneezes. Because a lot of virus material exuded during cough or sneeze can get trapped inside the mask.
