South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) has advanced a bill in the state legislature that would codify her executive orders limiting transgender athletes to competing only in categories that correspond to their birth gender.
Noem filed the bill on Tuesday to limit K-12 girl’s school sports and state-funded colleges to allowing only natural-born girls to compete in girl’s categories, according to the Argus Leader.

She’s trying to put the toothpaste back in the tube.
Back peddling. Too little. Too late. Nice try, though.

“Not a personal attack”
I’ll let other decide if “SUCKS TO BE YOU” is a personal attack.
In any case, you need to tell her to PAY YOU MORE if she wants you to tie up your Friday nights watching for us to post things about her. We’re all here, 24/7, so unless she’s willing to PUT OUT (money, that is), she will keep losing on these threads.
Bye Bye Kristi! stupid idiot
Seems clear you don’t know what she vetoed and what she didn’t 🤪
Others in FR including myself do know what was in the EO and the legislation and what is in this current bill.
Looks to me like things will work out just fine and solidify the EO as stated in the article by the ignorant fool who posted but never read it 🤪
“She actually signed 2 EO last March dealing with Transfreaks. One was K-12 the other was college. This law will clearly solidify that EO and make it *enforceable* under penalty of law. I fully support this.”
Then why didn’t she support the bill last spring? ANSWER: Because that bill had TEETH.
But it gets tougher now that guys, like the one in Pennsylvania, are willing to show how PATHETIC she is in opposing the protection of Girls’ sports.
Anyway, please let her know that her time as a credible conservative for the TOP JOB has now passed, and to stick with SD, although I would agree that being in the US Senate would be good for the country.
“Others in FR”
You need to pull up some more identities. Otherwise you’re wasting your time here.

You really don’t know do you?! 🤪
The bill she vetoed did not cover K-12 like this one does.
Go read the damn thing - I’m not Rush Limbaugh here to educate the masses!
In an odd sort of way I like it when boys play in girls sports and break all of the records. It really throws the liberal absurdities to the fore.
After she vetoed one a year ago.
“Go read the damn thing”
Too late. Tell her she HAD HER CHANCE, but she simply BLEW IT.
And, by the way, you may look at your earlier rationalizations - where you guys said that things like:
1. It will never stand up in Court.
2. It will kill the economy of SD.
Please review your rationalizations before creating new ones.
I’m sorry you are unable to comprehend what has transpired in their state legislature and apparently unwilling to educate yourself 🤪
At the end of the day things will work out just fine unless you’re a trans freak in which case it sucks to be you.
Just tell her you checked here and IT IS OVER for her as a national candidate in the near future.
As I said, I’ll support her for US Senate, and maybe in 20 years she’ll figure out that voters are more important than lobbyists. But she needs to grow...she’s simply not up for the job and will only hurt her future ambitions by throwing these Hail Mary’s and expecting us to take the bait.
If you can support her for senator then you must be a resident of her state otherwise it really wouldn’t matter.
As a voter in her state why don’t *you* contact her and try to figure it all out before you decide to vote ever again 🤪
Not really versed here but did wonder why she veto’d the first bill, but now comes forward.
Maybe, just a maybe here (and I thought this at the time), the first time around would not pass muster, and thus a veto until they get it right.
Need more info.
PS - and read your state bills before commenting on them!
“If you can support her for senator then you must be a resident of her state otherwise it really wouldn’t matter.”
People in states other than SD have money they can give to those they support.
She’s got no national chance because she is owned by the Chamber of Commerce.
