The Trump administration deliberately undermined the nation's coronavirus response for political purposes, including by weakening testing guidance and championing widespread "herd immunity," according to a new report from the House panel investigating the pandemic response.
The staff report released Friday was a summation of the year's work investigating political interference in the pandemic response from Trump officials and the former president himself.

In other words Trump was right, again. We would have been better off with no public health agencies in Washington.

Trump sought to undermine the hype and hysteria that has led to a reordering of society. Other than that, he went along with a lot of stupid recommendations.

Trump sometimes questioned Fauci's approach.
To the Left, that's grounds for a third impeachment.
Withholding Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine to desperately ill patients by the same Left is OK though.

Oh, so I guess they are going to ignore what Governor Cuodos did with retirement homes in his home state. And not to mention that travel bans proposed by Trump were shot down by the Democrat and Media Parties as being racist and that these two groups encouraged the full celebration of the Chinese New Year in response to Trump.

We might have had herd immunity already if we simply ignored the virus.
Trump's fault: he should have dispatched the gnome to advise Taliban.

He did wish to end the lockdown by Easter of 2020.
That would have put us way ahead of where we are now.
By deferring to Dr. Faucinstein, we may have destroyed many lives and the world economy.

To the extent Trump resisted the craziness, it is to his credit. Seemed to me he went along with it too much. He trusted Fauci too much. He endorsed the unwise warp speed production of “vaccines”. But things got much worse after Trump left...now there are mandates, which is a whole other level of insane.
To: ChicagoConservative27
Well, if that’s true (probably not), given that the reaction was so absurdly overblown, I wish he’d done a better job opposing it.

Trump isn’t God, which means he’s fallible.
But Trump learns from his mistakes.
And he scares the excrement outta Deep State.
Works for me.

Fauci continues to bungle the Covid-18 and he is spending a lot of money for being a government worker.
