My breakthrough infection started with a scratchy throat just a few days before Thanksgiving. Because I’m vaccinated, and had just tested negative for COVID-19 two days earlier, I initially brushed off the symptoms as merely a cold. Just to be sure, I got checked again a few days later. My watch does the oxi. My non-medical advice is to start the horse paste then stomp your feet and scream at the doctor until he orders monoclonal antibody infusion for you.

The Apple Watch will measure the oxygen level as well as heart rate and afib. I read that future plans call for measuring blood glucose levels. If that happens it would be revolutionary indeed.

All the article confirms is that after two years the government health agencies have no therapeutic, much less preventative, actions to recommend other than receiving multiple doses of mRNA treatments which will not prevent the person receiving the dose from contracting or spreading the disease. This mRNA treatment is commonly referred to as a vaccine because the long in effect former definition of vaccine was changed twice by the federal government to allow the mRNA treatment to be called a vaccine.
Despite the employment of a number of successful preventative and therapeutic care options in other nations, none are approved or recommended by the US government and most are ridiculed by the American media, US politicians, US health officials, and the medical establishment if not actually banned. If the polio vaccines worked like the Covid vaccines almost everyone posting on this board would be suffering from polio.
Based upon the symptoms (and timeframe), the author likely had Delta and not Omicron.
Exactly. They're not breakthrough infections, just infections. The only things they break through are lies and propaganda.
