It's just a matter of time before SkyNet becomes self-aware...
Hahaha, love it.
I use a DJI drone sometimes in my job. I use the drone in conjunction with a mapping/estimating software program called Hover.
If you’re looking to replace your roof or siding I take 8 pictures of your home starting at the front and working clockwise around the home. The software makes the calculations, (accurate within 1/2 inch + or -!) including the degree of rake, produces a pdf of the calculations AND it generates a 3D model of the customers home. I send the 3D model to the customer and with just a few clicks they can change the roof shingles to whatever design they want or we can change the siding and window designs too. Customers are amazed.
Sometimes however I cannot get clean unobstructed pictures with my phone so that’s when I pull out the drone. It’s easier using the drone to take pictures of those problem areas rather than getting a ladder out.
Anyway, the days of an estimator climbing onto a failing roof is over, for me anyway. I have not climbed onto a roof since I started using Hover 4 years ago. The little DJI Drone is quite a little work horse and it takes amazing pictures. I cannot find an American made one near the quality for any price, within reason. ☹️ There’s no reason for that, IMHO. We should own the drone market.
Is that a copy of the Iranian copy of the US Drone Obama gave to Iran ?
scary stuff
Question...... since there was no pilot, who can be charged with a war crime?
The remote pilot will be charged, no doubt.
