Wow! Never thought I would hear something I liked and agreed with from Gov. Polis.
I hope this means that Larimer and Boulder county health officials will give up their dreams of being fascist dictators.
Colorado counties and municipalities must be forbidden to impose mask requirements. Penalties must be applied to any who continue.
Hospitals and Medical practices must be forbidden to impose "vaccination" requirements as a prerequisite for treatments.
Institutions which have already refused treatments to patients because of "vaccination status" must be sanctioned. And that includes firing people responsible for giving such orders or implementing them. Plus, some large fines imposed on the organization.
Here is looking specifically at the UCHealth system for sanctions.
Employers must be forbidden to make hiring or firing decisions based upon "vaccination status". Ones that have already done so must face punitive fines, and other sanctions. Former employees must be awarded compensation for their suffering.
"Employers" includes ostensibly private Corporations and all units of State, County, and Municipal Governments.
Let's see some real actions here. Not just a few mealy-mouthed words.
I am not certain that this news story is truthful. None of the local news stations have said a word about it. I think it is a pipe dream. Not a word from Denver news stations.

I got Hep C when a Navy corpsman stuck me with a dirty needle. Subsequently, my wife and I lived together in the usual way for 13 years before we even discovered that I had it. During that time we had 4 children. She didn’t contract it.
Hep C is not a venereal disease.

It is not. But I think it is transmittable through gay sex.
Without doing any immediate research, I believe that the incidence of hep c among gay men is significantly greater than the hetero crowd. I am aware of the drug use aspect of course.
Either way, Polis is a depraved despot and I refuse to believe he is saying this because he has had any sort of common sense revelations on the virus. Or that he believes people should be permitted to make their own decisions if they are willing to accept the responsibility of those decisions. He doesn’t think that way.
PS I hope you were able to receive proper treatment and are in good shape now. My (gay) brother died of liver failure from Hep C. It was very sad.

Anal sodomy always results in some bleeding, even if too slight to be readily visible. That creates a pathway into the bloodstream. If a sodomite has been injecting drugs into his shlong, that’s another.

None of the doctors could figure out what was wrong with me, so the Lord stepped in and took care of me. It’s a pretty long story, but I’m trying to get it written up without it getting out of hand.
His moment of clarity?
We ended up having to go to the ER, and it’s a good thing because I had pneumonia without having any symptoms except a cough.
They gave us Budesonide & Albuterol and sent me home with an oxygen machine that I was to use 24 hours a day for a week. I think sending us home saved our lives. We were forced to get up, move around and take care of each other. In a hospital you just lay there till you die. Smart decision on your part and I hope you never have to make the decision.

However, the "vaccine mandates" were never lawful in the first place.
Organizations which "mandated" the mRNA treatment essentially were committing fraud and assault on their employees. There are plenty of existing laws to invoke for those cases. RICO statues come to mind.
In particular, since the treatment is still experimental, appears to be ineffective, and also appears to be hazardous to health, the organizations and individuals who have pushed coercive measures to "get all the people vaccinated" bear enormous liabilities under existing laws.
"Just following orders" is not going to work as an excuse. "It was company policy" is not going to work as an excuse.
Not that most of that compensation will be or can be paid.
But these programs can dammed well be stopped right now.
One way or another, they will be stopped. Using existing laws would be the most desirable way to do that.
