what this means for Coloradans is that those handful of counties whose health departments have issued so-called mask “mandates” have zero ability to enforce said “orders” without the Gov’s emergency order, but all of the local media go along with the pretend “mandates” and most of the sheeple dutifully wear the face diapers “mandated” by their fascist masters ...

the “orders” apply to businesses and not the customers, AND i’ve read the order for Boulder County and it say “SHOULD” and not “MUST”, so there’s actually no mandate at all ...

we know it’s not enforceable, because we go maskless everywhere except for medical offices that have their own requirements, and no one says boo turkey to us ...
