California Diner Kicks Out Uniformed Police Officers to Create ‘Safe Space’

The staff of a San Francisco restaurant denied service to three uniformed police officers after claiming the officers’ weapons made them feel “uncomfortable.” The staff then proudly posted the incident on social media.

The staff of Hillda and Jesse San Franciso posted on Instagram, an announcement that they asked three uniformed police officers to leave their restaurant after the sidearms police are required to wear made them feel “uncomfortable.” They declared the restaurant to be a “safe space.”

I’d be tempted to draw and shoot the nearest salt shaker and then say, “Does that make you feel uncomfortable, too?” Then the closest pepper shaker. “How about that?” Empty the magazine on salt and pepper shakers throughout the diner and, before walking out, calmly saying, “We won’t be back, but robbers will. Have a nice day.”

I live in sacramento and we are getting huge influxes of San FranSICKOS moving here.
Its no surprise that homelessness, garbage, and piss and shit have followed them here. I was born here and this city has never been as bad as it is now. Everything that plagues SF has moved into every neighborhood in sacramento.

Great. They just set the precedent that if a potential customer makes you feel unsafe, they can be denied service. No shoes, no shirt, no service rides again! Only now we get to arbitrarily exclude anyone wearing something that resembles gang colors, or pants hanging down, or hoodies, or Che shirt. Gosh if we feel uncomfortable around LGBQT types we can exclude them too. Fantastic precedent, can't wait to see it applied equally and fairly to everyone, everywhere.
