Fugitive task force searches for Ethan Crumbley's parents, charged in son's school shooting attack

Jennifer and James Crumbley, the parents of 15-year-old Ethan Crumbley, were scheduled to surrender to authorities at 2 p.m. local time but their whereabouts are unknown. It is not known whether there has been a mistake or if they've attempted to flee.

What a crazy duo those two are.
I read that Ethan called his mother and said he was in pain, to help him, that he was going to shoot people. To that effect.
His mother laughed and told him not to shoot himself.
Along those lines.
Evidently they didn’t realize how messed up Ethan was so now they’ve run off somewhere.

Yet Timothy Simpkins parents were NOT charged with anything(And his son got greeted with a party) when he brought a gun to school, shot 4 of his classmates and shot his teacher in the back

what a load of crap! this is political persecution of gun ownership.
the parents did not break the law. this is a legislative matter. the prosecutor wants to legislate by fiat.
how about the school officials? no discipline warranted? that sounds negligent too!
