The November jobs report came out Friday morning and it’s a huge miss.
US employers added 210,000 jobs in November – less than half of what Wall Street expected.
This is the worst jobs report of Biden’s presidency.
CNBC reported:
The U.S. economy created far fewer jobs than expected in November, in a sign that hiring started to slow even ahead of the new Covid threat, the Labor Department reported Friday.
Nonfarm payrolls increased by just 210,000 for the month, though the unemployment rate fell sharply to 4.2% from 4.6%, even though the labor force participation rate increased for the month to 61.8%, its highest level since March 2020.
The Dow Jones estimate was for 573,000 new jobs and a jobless level of 4.5% for an economy beset by a chronic labor shortage.
A more encompassing measure of unemployment that includes discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons dropped even more, tumbling to 7.8% from 8.3%. The household survey painted a brighter picture, with an addition of 1.1 million jobs as the labor force increased by 594,000.

All of Trumps jobs reports were unexpected too. Because they were all really good. I see how this game is played.
Brandon is pretty much doing everything exactly opposite of what a competent President would be doing. These results and all the others are expected. The Dems will get the message loud and clear next November.
Total BS. AT 4.2% unemployment, the headline number is the least important but the one the panic-flingers use of course. We are at full employment, there aren’t going to be any more large gains going forward.

The favorite adverb of major news organizations when describing dreary economic news since 2009. It is believed to have originated around May 19, 2009, when Reuters reported “new U.S. housing starts and permits unexpectedly fell to record lows in April . . . denting hopes that stability in the housing market was imminent.” Has since been incorporated into the style book of the Associated Press, as well as other journalistic entities.
Anticipated to remain in the forefront of economic reporting until the end of 2016, when it will “unexpectedly” disappear from the landscape.
We are at 4.2% unemployment. Full employment is 5%. That’s a healthy job picture.
Trump best quarter ever, which was historically low, was 3.7%.
Gateway Pundit doesn’t know squat about this subject, they just like silly headlines they know ignorant people will jump on.
