SHARE MORE President Biden further detailed his winter plan to combat COVID-19 within the United States in an op-ed Thursday, reiterating his vow that there would not be “shutdowns or lockdowns.”
“We are going to fight COVID-19 not with shutdowns or lockdowns – but with more widespread vaccinations, boosters, testing and more. We will beat it back with science and speed, not chaos and confusion – just as we did in the spring and again with the more powerful delta variant in the summer and fall,” Biden wrote in his op-ed published in USA Today

Correction:
Bide signed off on an op-ed.
So when he says “no lock downs and shutdowns” he means “definitely lock downs and shutdowns.”
As I recall, he promised no vaccine mandate.
Ageed, my first thoughts as well.
We have some past shutdowns and lockdowns to be litigated, Joe. Same goes for a recent election, Mr. Fraud.

Biden also said there would be no mandates. So he’s not to be trusted at all.
This is a good example of the mistakes that every single leader, politician or “medical expert” has made during the COVID era. Guesses and hopes as immutable statement of fact. It’s like they set themselves up to fail.
That will probably change tomorrow before the first news at 6 am.

I would put this on par with his previous statements that there would be no vax mandates and that everything is fine at the border and in Afghanistan...
