Former Vice President Mike Pence delivered remarks ahead of oral arguments in a Supreme Court case that could overturn Roe v. Wade, urging justices to send the ruling legalizing abortion in the United States to the “ash heap of history.”
“Today, as the Supreme Court prepares to hear oral arguments in those hallowed halls, we are here to declare with one voice ‘no more,’” Pence said to applause.
The former vice president expressed optimism that momentum was turning in favor of the anti-abortion movement, particularly among younger Americans.

I think he will be part of the RINO clown car in 2024

Yes, Pence will be the “wedge” candidate that the establishment Republicans think will divide evangelicals from the MAGA movement. It won’t work. Certainly not with this piece of damaged goods.

Preservation of innocent lives is non-negotiable. No vote, no court, no legislature is authorized to deprive an innocent one of this inalienable right. Not even due process applies. The wrath of God is well deserved upon a nation who sanctions abortion.

If they toss Roe, it will just give Sleepy46 the support he needs to stack the court.

Exactly. SCOTUS never overturned Dred Scott. That took a constitutional amendment.
Although it can be argued that Planmned Parenthood v. Casey overturned Roe. Scalia penned a dissent there that rips (dimwit) Sandra Day O’Connor.

I’ll take the other side and say they will, followed by demonic screams and pockets of futher violence on the part of abortion lovers.

One of the worst calls the Supreme Court ever made.
My body?? The only problem is....others are killing that baby...
You may have the right....but they have "0" right to kill another living human being....except in self defense.

I believe that their is a much larger shift in the legal doctrine afoot. A return to the doctrine of only enumerated powers would drastically curtail the federal government. Healthcare in general is not such an enumerated power and as such, should be executed at the state level (via 10th amendment).
Specific to abortion, enumerated powers doctrine would eliminate the “penumbra” based justification for many legal decisions. Thus the allowance of abortion would no longer have a valid legal basis.

Pence saying this means he has been assured that it won't be.

GOP tried to run 16 wedge candidates against Trump in 2016. Trump beat them all.
Pence won’t run outside the GOP.

We need to promote Nuremberg-style trials of abortionists for genocide and crimes against humanity.

There are five liberal judges that would not overturn Roe v Wade, those being the known 4 liberal judges and the pretend republican RINO by the name of Roberts.
We need at least one more real republican in the supreme court in order to stand a chance against R v W.

Correct. I gave him a pass on backing down to the perverts in Indiana because no one in the state legislature had his back.
Trump, whatever his past statements acted clearly and aggressively on pro-life matters, and got more done because the enemy could not focus as he was pressing all of their buttons at the same time.
Trump has earned my support if he wants another go, and DeSantis would be my #1 if Trump decides not to go.
