Vice President Kamala Harris could be the first Supreme Court Justice to have failed the Bar exam — that is, if rumors that President Joe Biden may nominate her to the nation’s highest court are true.
For the past several days, speculation has been building that Biden might dispense with the unpopular Harris by “promoting” her to the Supreme Court, to which he has promised to nominate black female justices. He would then replace her with another vice president, possibly Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, assuming that he could pass a majority vote of both houses of Congress, as required.

Probably three or four Democrats who would just throw this back in Biden’s face and say no. Course, there is two or three Republicans who I think would vote for her.
She’s just not qualified for VP or the supreme court work. Joe should just nominate her as a ambassador to Norway or something.
People are assuming A LOT thinking that kamala will go to the supreme court. What does kamala say about this? kamala is double digit IQ dumb but she ain’t stupid. kamala is one stroke or aneurysm away from the Oval office and she fully realizes that. Time is on her side and again, she knows this.

Right - and she can’t be “fired” by the President - she’s an elected official in her own right.
The only way to remove kamala from the VP is to impeach her. And you know full well that ain’t gonna happen. kamala will be president, all she has to do is wait.

If she were nominated would she be able to vote in the senate as the tie breaking vote to nominated herself? If not what would happen with a 50-50 tie

It appears Harris hasn’t “earned” her way up the ladder but is accustomed to using other means to acquire the positions she holds along the way.
Most DEFINITELY not qualified for anything. A disgusting stain who traded on her sex and skin color to get ahead.
Look at the upside: Once she gets on the bench, we can start sending non-lawyers up, even illegal aliens with no schooling at all. Or maybe just abolish the court and install one flunky who calls DNC before every case is considered.
