Groups of looters ransacked shopping centers and retailers around the country throughout Thanksgiving week following last weekend’s full-fledged stealing bonanza in California’s Bay Area.
A Sunglass Hut at the Del Monte shopping center in Monterey, California, was hit by a group of four on Friday, who stole an estimated $30,000 in sunglasses, police confirmed to KSBW.

I would argue the barbarians are pretty much active in places that have seceded from America.
Foremost of those places is California that has abrogated Federal law and is really no longer America.

I had hours of enjoyment looking at all the Looter Guy memes after he was caught looting - they never seemed to end and some were so funny and clever. I wonder how he’s doing now.
Please do not refer to them as “looters.” This is a term of white supremacy. The proper term is: Reparations Administrators.
