The sweet spot for nodding off is between 10pm and 11pm. Doing so later – or earlier – pushes up the risk of having a heart attack, heart failure, chronic ischaemic heart disease, stroke and transient ischaemic attack.
So, the twice-year time changes could be hazardous to your health -- by messing with the body's clock.
They need to select standard or daylight saving and stick with it.

I don’t know; but my old Granny always said that the sleep you get before midnight is the best. Even though I tend to be a nightowl, I’ve found it to be pretty true.

If it wasn’t for going to work on a Sunday night, I would go back to 3rd shift. I sleep better during the day

It’s not one size fits all. Individual variation always a factor. For instance, most people’s blood pressure rises in the morning, but for some it’s the evening.

I haven’t been asleep that early for fifty years, unless I was sick. I have long been a night owl either because I had to be or I wanted to be. So far, so good.

My body is wired weird I can’t fall asleep before midnight even when I have to wake up early. My brain after 9pm starts to become active, but between 6pm and 8pm I get very drowsy and have to fight to keep my eyes open.
