Joe Biden filed an emergency lawsuit on Tuesday seeking to immediately reinstate his vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more workers after the rule faced a series of legal challenges.
Earlier this month, the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans issued a preliminary pause on the order, which prevented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from moving forward in implementing the employer rules.
The Justice Department argues in its filing, according to The Wall Street Journal, that the rules reflect 'OSHA's judgment that these measures are necessary to mitigate Covid-19 transmission in the workplace, and the grievous harms the virus inflicts on workers.'

It’s strange, my step grandson age 23 contracted covid before being vaccinated but had no symptoms, he was tested because his parents had tested positive and they had symptoms. Shortly afterward they were all vaccinated and then had covid again, my grandson had symptoms THAT time AFTER being vaccinated. My stepdaughter now says that all those of their acquaintance who have tested positive lately had been fully vaccinated. They don’t know anyone who is unvaccinated who has caught covid recently. My wife and I are unvaccinated and have had no problems. I have pulmonary fibrosis and am on 100 percent VA disablity as they have deemed it service related and I am considered terminal, having lived already fifteen months longer than the doctor’s highest estimate given in 2018. My wife has sarcoidosis which initially affected her lungs and she is TWENTY years past her doctor’s original estimate of her expected lifespan.

Surprised Biden bothered with legal action. Obama showed you can just do whatever the hell you want.
It isn’t about a viral infection. This is about unquestioned obedience and lust for absolute power. The powers that be are trying to assert dominance over people. Government by consent is being rendered obsolete.

The issue “involves a question of exceptional importance” seems to be pertinent, so perhaps that will be granted.

Vaccines have ,historically speaking, been very successful because they contain weakened, or dead dead material; this 'clott shot' "jab" has neither.
It is an artificial biologic shot (mRNA) which is supposed to prevent the virus spike attaching to a living cell in order to prevent cellular inclusion of the virus.
Furthermore, it is an analgesic which doesn't prevent altogether the virus infection, but acts to suppress the fever and adverse effects,
thus supposedly resulting in fewer numbers who feel the need to go to the hospital, and therefore prevent fewer hospitalizations and medical overwhelm.
The standard covid vaccines do not deliver what it was originally advertised as to length of virus suppression,
and recent international reports indicate it may facilitate, or at least, correlate with viral mutation.
Issued "Under Emergency Authorization" (UEA) is valid only if there are no other treatment procedures; the FDA/CDC has suppressed alternative treatments.
Buck Fiden didn't file shit. It's doubtful he knows how to file his fingernails let alone a lawsuit.

The public health idiots around here are recommending everybody get a COVID test before Thanksgiving get-togethers regardless of whether they have symptoms. Why, do they have thousands of free tests lying around or do they just want to make people miserable and anxious?!

The headline and the first sentence of the article say two completely different things. But I guess the author of the piece didn’t particularly care about accuracy if he gets the ‘click’.
They don't. There's plenty of studies and evidence they don't.
The vaccine is a bioweapon. The goal is to get you injected with spike proteins which can cause blood clots which can result in your death. WAKE UP EVERYBODY!

More than just sick. At least one friend of the family died 3 weeks after her 2nd jab.
This is either an existential threat or it ain’t. Border Patrol agents are being fired for refusing the jabs, while the illegals streaming across the border don’t receive a whisper about jabs. It’s obvious this is a power grab disguised as political theater.

One of the fellows at work is out withCovid, so I immediately started a concoction of vitamins, herbals, and an antibiotic: Vitamin C, D, Zinc, quercetin, elderberry, echinacea, Oscillococcinum, and Zithromax.
It doesn't feel like the worst bout of the flu I've had, but it's definitely annoying; I figure a 48-hour cycle.

I would really like to know who are the handful of people making calls like this. “The administration” is too broad. It’s people, lawyers, advisors who sat in meetings and agreed- time to come down harder.

Sounds like you’re doing better with it than he is. He’s not very crunchy so aside from taking vitamin C, he’s limited to what the medical-industrial complex will do for him, his wife’s influence I think. Plus he’s diabetic. Thank God he seems to be pulling out of it. Glad you’re getting through it too. He’s 65, generally good health other than the diabetes (non-medicated for now).
