Joe Biden filed an emergency lawsuit on Tuesday seeking to immediately reinstate his vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more workers after the rule faced a series of legal challenges.
Earlier this month, the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans issued a preliminary pause on the order, which prevented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from moving forward in implementing the employer rules.
The Justice Department argues in its filing, according to The Wall Street Journal, that the rules reflect 'OSHA's judgment that these measures are necessary to mitigate Covid-19 transmission in the workplace, and the grievous harms the virus inflicts on workers.'

Wrong premise. The concern isn't just for whether vaccinated people are endangered. Why would it be?
If you have a debit card, or any type of credit card, all it takes is to change one bit of code on those cards to show if you have had the vaccination.
They already noted those who got the vax on the vaccination cards and that can be sent to a central server who then will notify the bank of that person to code their cards.
BTW, you go to the doctor? He notes of you have been vaccinated and THAT goes to the government to notify that persons bank of whether that person is vaxed or not.
Then, when you go to purchase something? The vaccination code comes up and you will be determined if you can purchase any item or not.
It happens just like it does when you put you card into the card reader-in an instant. It will deny you if your not vaccinated, or allow the transaction to go through if your are vaccinated.
If you intend to pay cash? They will demand you show proof through your driver license. The ID code will be on that.
That is how this will go down.
It’s all about the vacine passport, (which is part of the great reset.) Worldwide totalitarian domination.
I read somewhere that the States will petition for an en banc hearing.

It’s not about vaccine or protecting people’s health and never has been.
The only logical conclusion I have been able to come to is it’s one or more of the following:
1. It’s about conditioning the populution to submit to government without question;
2. Establishing/instituting a vax pass thavwill lead to a “multi-pass” with all of your information on it (credit an medical history, bank account, employment, education, social and political activity, etc.). They (elites) will have access to everything and total control over your life. They will have control over where you can go, work, shop and vacation. They will decide what you are allowed to purchase or eat (based on your carbon footprint. No soup for you!).
3. The vax is not a vax but is intended to rewrite our mRNA for some unknown reason. (I find this plausible but also the most diabolical and disturbing.)
He’s a special kind of stupid.
And why limit it to people who work? Hold up the social security checks and welfare payments until recipients can show they are “fully vaccinated”. If it’s about a “health”. Why. Are they attacking businesses and their workers only? 🤔
And why the four month delay? Actually why didn’t he declare he would do this during the campaign??
Since we all are the Phase III trials for these experimental shots, it would be logical to have a control group of people who don’t want to take them.
How hard is that for President Commie Poopy-Pants to get???

My best guess because it does not make sense to me either is that the White House plans on continuing to blame those who did not take the jab for the bad numbers.
It is obviously a lie, but then again they all promised us that Trump would have us tied up in wars within a year and people still believe it today.

Unfortunately people believe that the courts have the final say on everything .. they don’t!
The courts, including SCOTUS issue “opinions”, nothing more, nothing less.

From my perspective, at this point, one would have to be pretty much an idiot to voluntarily submit to these injections.
They have the final say on issuing an injunction, which has been done in this case. When and if a higher court overturns that ruling, then Biden can proceed with ruining the nation. But if it’s affirmed at SCOTUS, that’s that.
Andrew Jackson is dead and buried, along with his attempt to ignore SCOTUS’ ruling.
