Joe Biden filed an emergency lawsuit on Tuesday seeking to immediately reinstate his vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more workers after the rule faced a series of legal challenges.
Earlier this month, the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans issued a preliminary pause on the order, which prevented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from moving forward in implementing the employer rules.
The Justice Department argues in its filing, according to The Wall Street Journal, that the rules reflect 'OSHA's judgment that these measures are necessary to mitigate Covid-19 transmission in the workplace, and the grievous harms the virus inflicts on workers.'

Thought experiment: Smoking is bad for you. Could OSHA, a workplace safety agency, mandate that every smoker must be fired or produce a clean cancer scan weekly, just because doing so might result in a reduction in smoking and therefore in smoking-related disease and death?? No government agency rightfully has the power to do that, and certainly not a workplace safety agency, over (even if you accept their premise and ignore all the qualifications and contradictions) a danger that bears no relationship whatsoever to work.
There is a huge differnce between AU and America... WE ARE ARMED.

It’s worse when you also consider natural immunity and KNOWN treatments.
Now we also have the ‘Pfizer pills’ as a treatment. But wait! How long have they been developing that? Why am I only hearing about them now? How did I have informed consent about the shot without this information?

None of it makes sense. At least 122 studies say that naturally acquired immunity is equal to if not better than the jab, yet they still push everyone to get the jab and the booster and the second booster and so on.
