Joe Biden filed an emergency lawsuit on Tuesday seeking to immediately reinstate his vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more workers after the rule faced a series of legal challenges.
Earlier this month, the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans issued a preliminary pause on the order, which prevented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from moving forward in implementing the employer rules.
The Justice Department argues in its filing, according to The Wall Street Journal, that the rules reflect 'OSHA's judgment that these measures are necessary to mitigate Covid-19 transmission in the workplace, and the grievous harms the virus inflicts on workers.'

If it cannot be enforced, then why not extend the mandate to them anyway? There would be no difference and would make the effort seem more critical. If you grant exemptions, then there is no emergency worthy of a mandate in the first place...............

If they can get Vial #1’s, which are pure saline solutions, injected, rather than Vial #2’s or #3’s, then heck yes. The saline shots are indeed safe, and they are also effective. They have very few complications.

My covid was VERY mild.
So, thanks to the covid shot your buddy had basically the same experience I did w/o taking the shot. His symptoms mimicked mine. I'm a "seasoned" citizen and equate my experience to a truncated mild flu. I had the cough, lots of mucus (yuk!), and a fever that spiked to 101 for two days; the rest of the time my temperature was normal. Pulse oximeter: normal; no shortness of breath. In five days, it was over. I had the flu back in 1982 that lasted 10 days. Speaking for myself, I will never take the covid shot...my experience just wasn't that bad.

This vaccine mandate, though, has scared the crap out of her. She was warning everyone about vaccine passports before most on the right were.
