Joe Biden filed an emergency lawsuit on Tuesday seeking to immediately reinstate his vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more workers after the rule faced a series of legal challenges.
Earlier this month, the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans issued a preliminary pause on the order, which prevented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from moving forward in implementing the employer rules.
The Justice Department argues in its filing, according to The Wall Street Journal, that the rules reflect 'OSHA's judgment that these measures are necessary to mitigate Covid-19 transmission in the workplace, and the grievous harms the virus inflicts on workers.'

it was filed with the US 6th Circuit in Cincinnati...this was decided after the 5th Circuit made their ruling...all further litigation would go thru the 6th in Cincinnati...
My brother’s best friend developed myocarditis and had a huge goiter swell up in his thyroid three weeks following the jabs. He spent all summer receiving radiation treatments. My brother has had nonstop back pain from the moment he got the jab. (He is no longer talking to us because we said, “Told you not to do that” so have no idea if that has resolved.) My neighbor had been in remission from lung cancer for 2 years before she took the jab. Two months after, cancer had returned.Two months after that, she was dead. I am the only person on my team at work that did not get jabbed. Everyone seemed fine through the summer, but the last 2-3 weeks, everyone has been complaining of chest colds, coughs that won’t go away and fatigue. One woman said she had a three day migraine and had never had a migraine before. Usual fall /winter crud? It’s possible. We’ll see.

I had it for about 9 days. Slowly creeped on me and peeked around day 4 or 5 and slowly went away. I’ve been sicker but it wasn’t the greatest picnic. Was doing vit D3, Zinc, E, and C before and stuck with it while sick and recovered just fine. I just didn’t like that it stayed around for so long.
Yes, and yet, people are still being coerced to get injected with the poisons labeled COVID vaccines.
Sure. If you want to have a constitutional convention or pass an amendment through Congress and have it ratified by he state legislatures. It shouldn’t be so hard to overrule SCOTUS. But right now it is. That itself should be changed, and a bad ruling should be appealable to a simple majority of states or Congress.
But right now it isn’t so. As a result, some factions will go to ridiculous lengths to preserve a ruling, up to and including reanimating RBG as a cyborg.
It can’t go on like this. Due to the Dredd Scott decision, the only way to get rid of slavery was by constitutional amendment, and it took a civil war and an assassination to get one.
So a modest proposal: A ruling by SCOTUS, while binding on the litigants involved, should be rejected as precedent any time that a simple majority of both Houses or the legislatures of a simple majority of states should reject it explicitly.
That’s part of what all these illegals are for. Spread the virus and kill citizens, not necessarily by the virus, and stuff the ballot boxes.

Just like people who die as a result of AIDS don’t die from AIDS. They did from diseases the body couldn’t fight due to compromised immune systems.

Because the mandate for small companies can not be enforced.
Among large companies, the enforcement is largely voluntary. The government lacks the ability to enforce the mandate
