Joe Biden filed an emergency lawsuit on Tuesday seeking to immediately reinstate his vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more workers after the rule faced a series of legal challenges.
Earlier this month, the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans issued a preliminary pause on the order, which prevented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from moving forward in implementing the employer rules.
The Justice Department argues in its filing, according to The Wall Street Journal, that the rules reflect 'OSHA's judgment that these measures are necessary to mitigate Covid-19 transmission in the workplace, and the grievous harms the virus inflicts on workers.'

Also note that the Sixth Circuit gave the federal government all the way to November 30 to respond to the various motions for an initial en banc hearing -- i.e., the court doesn't seem to be in any particular hurry. Further, the government didn't file its own motion to lift the existing stay until today, some 11 days after the Fifth Circuit had first issued its decision.
In this particular context, that's going-through-the-motions, sleepwalking stuff.
I know a fellow that got the Moderna double jab and then a booster. He has some undefined illness - just generally feeling not well and worn out. Not saying it’s the vaccine but he was healthy before the encounter with the vaccines.
If these vaccines are good. Why aren’t they working?

The tyrants are seizing power. Nothing matters to them anymore - not the courts, not the legislature, not the Constitution. Only power.
Biden’s people see COVID as his Achilles Heel. He swore he would stop the pandemic, yet it rages on - record numbers of hospitalizations and deaths in largely vaccinated Europe and the body count under Biden is already higher than under Trump.
They will cling to power by any means they deem necessary.
Will love to see this get shot down. The irritation is they’re using taxpayer money to do all this.

Happened to an older lady at our church. She was pressured by her kids and grandkids to take the jab a few weeks ago. She did....she died today from blood clots...huge ones.
Same thing happened to my mother in-law last month. She had COVID and got over it. She was doing fine. Her sister talked her into taking the jab anyway. She did....she died last month.

I know a nurse working a hospital in Canada where she and ALL the staff are forced to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to not talk about what goes in inside the hospital. She came out and told me...by just answering ‘yes’ or ‘no’...that there are many many cases of heart inflammation and blood clotting due to vaccine adverse reactions.
