Get yourself some NAC here (very high quality) Had some on order,it just arrived this evening. Have read that this may also help with combatting the jab.
I haven’t heard about the Pepcid and Zyrtec so thank you for that. I will check it out.

I had read that also about NAC, but didn’t mention it because that’s not your issue right now.
Along the same lines, apparently star anise tea is also helpful.
