A car ran through the middle of the Waukesha Christmas Parade Sunday evening, leaving multiple people injuries, according to a reporter on scene.
Multiple people are on the ground injured, the reporter tweeted around 4:40 p.m.
There is a heavy police presence downtown.
The parade runs through the downtown area of Waukesha.

Growing up (in Milwaukee, not far from Waukesha) ALL of my Uncles were either cops or firefighters and all of THEIR fathers (my Great uncles) were WWII or Korean Vets.

Yeah, based on some media guy in New York from NBC saying that “might” be it. That may be how they are going to spin it, dude was fleeing a crime scene, thus not political.
gallows humor is a natural self defense for overloaded first responders. Not saying that’s what it was but wouldn’t be surprised

My apologies. Now that I’m reviewing the wreck in my mind, the Mercedes was pushed into the van ahead of them. The damage to the van was so light that the driver didn’t even want to fill out a report. $3K damage to my Ford Taurus. Totaled the Mercedes.
It was stupid on my part. I was gawking at an accident in the other lane and by the time I realized the traffic in front of me was stopped it was too late to come to a full stop.
All we learned from the Mayor was that he was at the parade.
They need to use self control and keep a lid on it when cameras are on.

“Facts” come out fast and then aren’t facts anymore after a while. I am not there and rely on the reports.
We hire law enforcement now who can check all the boxes. You aren’t going to find many with high IQs or critical thinking skills. I would be surprised if many had more than even the most basic reading skills.
