Fox News analyst Juan Williams said on Friday on “Special Report” that if Kyle Rittenhouse were a black teen, he would have been treated differently.
Discussing Rittenhouse’s not guilty verdict, Williams said, “Well, I think one of the realities is that the jury made a decision. And I think a considered decision after lengthy three days, obviously, looking at the facts of the case and looking at the law. I think that’s where we have to go. I think there are lots of people who are concerned that someone crossing into another state with a weapon, you know, really a vicious weapon, is now under the law allowed to engage in what looked like vigilantism.”

Tucker Carlson mentioned the new evil that has been identified in this case — crossing a state line with a weapon. Tucker said it was a set-up for a hue and cry for gun control. I have read that he did not, by the way, but I don’t know. Did he cross the state line in a automobile? The evil action was compounded by contributing to global warming.

For Juan’s analogy to be accurate, it would have to be a black teen killing other blacks.
Well, Juan may be right. That happens every weekend in Chicago and no one ever bothers to be concerned with it. That is because the city is run by democrats, who have good intentions.

So let me try and follow this line of thinking - a black person in the same situation as KR would have been found guilty, which would be wrong. Meaning that all facts in this case would point to a black kid’s innocence, but that kid would have been found guilty because of his color. Because of a hypothetical that never happened, a white kid under the same set of facts that exonerate him should have been found guilty. Who can argue with that logic?
Fortunately Kyle is not as dumb as Juan.
In October 2021, a black student in Arlington, Texas, shot a teacher and several students and was free the next day on $75,000 bond. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. It was not self defense.
Ashli Babbitt was shot by a black man, who was never charged with anything. It was not self defense.
Black shooters are treated better.
Liberals believe that evidence isn’t important. It’s the seriousness of the charge that matters to them.

CNN pundits and other networks are full of “if’s” or “couldn’t he have”.......they are masters at manipulating the public. Trying hard to frame this case into their political vein and agenda.
