Basically this jury confirmed 2nd amendment and self defense.

That’s grounds for a lawsuit right there. He didn’t ‘decide to start shooting people’, he ran from attackers twice until he had to act in self defense according to the jury and he didn’t take a gun across state lines from my understanding. He wasn’t even charged with that. The gun was already in the state.
