Ain’t it obvious? Humans have natural immunity to coronaviruses - which means that letting the virus spread is the fastest way to defeat it.
It also means masking, social distancing, lockdowns, fake-vaccines and any other countermeasures which limit exposure, only serve to delay the production of natural antibodies - and even run the risk of giving the virus time to mutate.

These folks have to deal with some pretty serious viral infections. Like Rift Valley fever, rabies, West Nile, chikungunya, dengue, yellow fever, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, Ebola, just to name a few.
