Hoping to see this thing wrap up soon with a favorable verdict for our nation's hero - Kyle Rittenhouse and some legal jeopardy for ADA Binger and his buddy Krause (aka Fatlock).
I shudder at the thought.
The defense never suggested this but:
“GUN! GUN! GUN!”
That could have been a signal by Ziminski or Rosenbaum to tell the other to get in position as Ziminski (sp?) had a gun.
They were setting up a trap with Rosenbaum charging and Ziminski there to gun off the escape route.
Could also be the signal that someone was there with a gun that could be stolen. Kyle said he’d been threatened earlier that night with the “If I get you alone I’ll kill you” Rosenbaum statement.
They should have suggested “GUN GUN GUN!” was open to a different explanation.
I would like to hear first thing...
“I would like to thank the jury for your time and sacrifice. But due new circumstances your services will no longer be needed”.
Would have been great if someone in the court dove for cover and Binger got called out on it.
It was a terrible tactical decision because now the ‘big scary gun’ is put in the minds of the jury in the hands of the prosecutor. Anyone on the jury knowing about guns realizes Binger knows nothing about guns.
There’s supposedly a female ‘college professor type’ on the jury. So a year of MSNBC lies will likely have to be set aside in her mind to look at the actual facts of what took place.
The judge has personally been threatened AND HIS FAMILY.
There are Antifa people walking in and out of the courtroom and hanging around outside.
Judge would rather ‘leave it to the jury’ and let them take the heat.
It’d be an amazing act of courage - regardless of what further prosecutorial abuses are shown - for the judge to dismiss this case with prejudice. He’d be taking all the left win and criminal Antifa blame for Kyle going free.
I wouldn’t rely on that.
Defense needs the hearing on the altered video.

If they had ALL been persuaded that it was self-defense, verdict would have come in yesterday...

‘GUN GUN GUN!’ is typically how one, defensively postured or patrolling, would identify a threat to his/her team or partner.
Use by the offense, I am guessing the meaning is similar.
How it was intended for use by Ziminski or Rosenbaum we will probably never know.
But people have lives. Could be something came up with his kids.

Deliberation day 3 in Day 14 of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. Jury has arrived and is back at it.
For sure. People act like that would be just another day at the job for the judge. It wasn't even done in the OJ case.
How it was intended for use by Ziminski or Rosenbaum we will probably never know.

I know... He doesn’t have the honesty, integrity, or balls to do what is truly “just”. But it would still be nice to actually hear those words.
I think this is a lot more complicated and the reasons have been mentioned here and there are moving parts w/the Ca/Judge right now.
The defense team have already asked for it (dismissal with prejudice) in their filing on the altered video. Daily Mail showed the document as did Posobiec on Twitter.
They (strangely) yesterday asked for a dismissal without prejudice (verbal motion in court) yesterday.
Would dearly like to know the identities and backgrounds of the jurors who are refusing to find him innocent.
Exactly... when a lib settles on a mindset, they can’t be negotiated off it. They’ve made their “mind” up and refuse to be moved by facts.

Rekieta had a great idea to do these ongoing commentaries. MSM are such lying lowlifes they’d never be able to have honest commentators on explaining the actual facts of anything much less a politicized show trial.
