Rust script supervisor Mamie Mitchell, who originally called 911 following the on-set shooting that took the life of the indie Western’s director of photography, is now suing star Alec Baldwin

Mitchell’s new complaint, filed in L.A. Superior Court, says the script didn’t call for any gun to be discharged.
“It was discussed that there would be [three] tight camera shots when filming resumed [after a lunch break],” states her complaint. “One camera shot would be focused on DEFENDANT BALDWIN’s eyes, one would be focused on a bloodstain on DEFENDANT BALDWIN’s shoulder, and the third would focus on DEFENDANT BALDWIN’s torso as he reached his hand down to the holster and removed the gun. There was nothing in the script about the gun being discharged by DEFENDANT BALDWIN or by any other person.”

Implying that Baldwin cocked the hammer and pulled the trigger when it wasn’t called for in the script.
Sue the hell out of him. Couldn’t happen to a nicer liberal bully.
Baldwin killed her on PURPOSE that was always my belief..some of the crew members were NOT happy with safety on set..including Hutchins, a few min later, BAM dead
So, in 2020, when there appeared to be election fraud, Donald Trump, the defrauded candidate, didn’t have a lot of luck in court because he had “no standing” to bring a case. I never understood that.
Now, we have a script supervisor who is able to bring a lawsuit because “they didn’t follow the script”.
Whatever. Guess he has “standing”.
I said that from day 1 that he killed her on purpose..heard so many on TV saying “Oh look at him he feels so bad it was an accident” UH NO IT WASN’T!!
The thought sure passed through my mind. I see him walking around and his face says he’s relieved. That’s not what it should say.
People doing things that are adverse to Alec Baldwin. Good.
Baldwin is buying a house in Vermont in an attempt to escape the paparazzi army looking for him.
Ha! I said that on day one, that he probably shot the gun on purpose because he was ticked off as usual. The dude is a nut. He’s toast.

Right. What is the point of this lawsuit?
I can’t see her being owed anything because they didn’t follow her script exactly, but I can see Baldwin being held liable because his actions put HER, and others, out of work.
I still have not heard how one shot hit two people? Were there
two shots and they ain’t sayin? I don’t trust any of these people with the truth.
Great to see Allred unleashed on him.
